The tea is made using the traditional method of regular steamed sencha.
It has a tight twist, so it takes a little longer to extract.
Lower the temperature from the pot to 70 degrees by pouring it into a teacup, then place it in the teapot for 1 minute and slowly pour until the last drop.
The light blue is a transparent light yellow-green.

Wazuka Town is located southeast of Kyoto City, with the Wazuka River flowing through the center of the town. Tea fields spread out in the mountains at an altitude of about 300m, and there is a lot of fog and large temperature differences, making it the perfect place for tea production. It is a representative production area for Uji tea.



The main fertilizer used for cultivation is organic, including oil cake, silkworm shells, crab shells, and herring meal.
They say that this fertilizer is the key to the flavor.
