Yoichi Town in Hokkaido is famous for producing Nikka Whisky.
Yoichi Town is also known for its fruit production, and is bustling with apples, cherries, and other fruits, earning it the nickname "Fruit Road."
We purchase fully ripe "Akane" apples that have been carefully grown in an apple orchard in Yoichi Town, dry the flesh in our store, and make apple sencha.
The apples are carefully cut and slowly dried. The pulp is densely concentrated, allowing you to enjoy the apple's aroma and sweet taste.
