Nowadays, people are used to the taste of bottled tea, so we want people to feel that using a teapot is fun and stylish.

The spirit of hospitality

Hospitality, an important element of Japanese culture, is at the root of the ancient Japanese tea culture.
Tea culture involves thinking about how to prepare and brew tea for customers in a way that will please them.
I would be delighted if you could take a new look at Japanese tea.

Even if you have never had the chance to taste tea before, we will provide a thorough and easy-to-understand explanation, so please feel free to come.

I came to the cafe once and the tea was delicious so I decided to join.
I thought brewing tea would be difficult, but with the instructor's advice I gained the confidence to make delicious tea on my own.

I usually only drink genmaicha or hojicha, so I participated because I wanted to make sencha taste good. I was surprised at how much the taste changes depending on the temperature.
This prompted me to start brewing sencha at home.
