The Concept of Charaku
"We aim to bring excitement and happiness to our customers through a cup of tea." All our staff look forward to seeing you.It seems that brewing Japanese tea leaves using a teapot is becoming less and less common even in households.
Nowadays, people are used to the taste of bottled tea, so we want people to feel that using a teapot is fun and stylish.
At Sharakuo, we would like to offer suggestions for creating a time of family time. We hope that you will take another look at tea leaves.

Make delicious tea
Participant comments
I came to the cafe once and the tea was delicious so I decided to join.
I thought brewing tea would be difficult, but with the instructor's advice I gained the confidence to make delicious tea on my own.
I usually only drink genmaicha or hojicha, so I participated because I wanted to make sencha taste good. I was surprised at how much the taste changes depending on the temperature.
This prompted me to start brewing sencha at home.
I don't usually serve tea at home, but after participating in this event, I became hooked on the depth of tea.
I would like to serve it to my family and increase the number of tea fans.
The instructor's explanation was easy to understand and polite, so the time passed by quickly and I had a great time.
thank you very much.
