
How to prepare matcha tea

①Put hot water and a tea whisk in a tea bowl and warm it up.
2. Sift the matcha. Sifting it beforehand will make it easier to prepare.
Alternatively, you can put a small amount into a tea strainer and sift it directly into the matcha bowl using a tea scoop or measuring spoon.

⑥How to prepare matcha tea
a. First, disperse the matcha at the bottom and slowly mix it in the bowl so that it blends with the hot water.
b. Next, raise the chasen slightly from the bottom and, to stop the hot water from circulating, firmly shake your wrist back and forth in a W shape.
c. Once bubbles form, raise the tip of the whisk to the surface of the bubbles and move it slowly to break up the bubbles into smaller pieces. Finally, gently raise the whisk from the center.
