We create a unique blend of carefully selected Kyushu teas and let it sit for two months in the harsh snows of Hokkaido's winter to bring out even more richness and sweetness.

This tea is made taking advantage of Hokkaido's harsh winters, where temperatures range from 0℃ to -20℃.



By storing our blended tea from Kyushu in the snow from December to January, we were able to add more body and sweetness to the tea, resulting in a delicious tea.

Our products, which are made by preserving vegetables under snow to bring out their sweetness, have been well received in Hokkaido, so we have now decided to also produce a tea product from this.
Quantities are limited, so order early.
This tea was made to take advantage of the harsh winter. The deliciousness is tightly sealed in nylon tetrapod tea bags.
It can be enjoyed hot or iced.
