E-Life organic powdered green tea is made from 100% JAS-certified tea leaves grown in Shizuoka Prefecture, frozen at ultra-low temperatures (-160°C) and then flash-pulverized.

With conventional grinding, the components of the tea change when heat (about 150°C) is applied, causing the tea leaves to lose their flavor.
Freezing and grinding the tea leaves reduces the amount of heat applied during grinding, resulting in minimal changes to the ingredients and preserving the original flavor of the tea leaves.
