Materials
◆1 teaspoon of matcha

[1] Sift the matcha using a tea strainer or similar.

[2] Add milk, granulated sugar, and ice to a shaker. |
[3] Add the matcha from [1] and shake.

[1] To make it creamier, instead of 80cc of milk, add 60cc of milk and 30cc of fresh cream, add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, and prepare as above. |
Once it's done, put a little bit of ice cream on top and your "matcha float" is done. Your cheeks will drop! |
