Matcha Shake Recipe

抹茶シェイクレシピ


You can easily make a matcha shake at home.
The key to making this is to make sure the matcha doesn't form lumps.


<How to make a matcha shake>
 
Materials
◆1 teaspoon of matcha
◆80cc of milk
◆2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
About 5 ice cubes
Shaker or bottle 500ml
[1] Sift the matcha using a tea strainer or similar.
This is to prevent it from clumping.
[2] Add milk, granulated sugar, and ice to a shaker.
[3] Add the matcha from [1] and shake.
Shake well until there are no lumps in the matcha.

How to make a matcha float

[1] To make it creamier, instead of 80cc of milk, add 60cc of milk and 30cc of fresh cream, add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, and prepare as above.
Once it's done, put a little bit of ice cream on top and your "matcha float" is done. Your cheeks will drop!
